We began working with people with disability and their carers in the Bathurst region in 1987, under the business name Interchange Bathurst.  From small beginnings our organisation grew steadily, offering new services and advocating for our participants, their families and carers.

In 2016 we decided to move forward with a vibrant, colourful new business name, one that told our story in one word: Vivability.

Our new business name highlights our focus – living with abilities in positive ways.  We focus on providing unique, creative, flexible choices for you our participants, families and carers.  We are here for you; working alongside you to enable achievements and vocational choices, develop life skills, provide support and respite, and tailor social and recreational activities just for you.
